Established in the summer of 2019, we have experienced our fair share of difficulty and uncertainty of the unforeseen circumstances of Covid 19. Even with our country in complete lockdown due to the pandemic, we were among the other essential worker who continued to push forward through some of our nation's toughest times. With safety being our highest priority, we followed the CDC guidelines. This enabled our staff to continue providing the best customer service without any health issues. With courage and bravery, our staff helped keep our local families up and running. Now that restrictions have been lifted, we continue to use social distancing and mask coverings for safety. All of our staff members are well trained in customer care and well trained in the towing procedure. Even though the company is fairly new, we have old values! All of our staff members have 2 years or more of experience in towing and in customer service. We understand that communication is key, so we took the time to vet out any of our applicants whom we felt didn't possess the proper communication skills. We aim to please!
